Our Mission Statement

A welcoming family of worship, growing in our faith, reaching out to serve others, and spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. (based on John 15:1-17)

RUMC Church Office – Rockford United Methodist Church’s administrative office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Tuesday – Friday. Please use the Bridge Street doors.

Safety Plans – Cleaning materials are available for use in each room. Volunteers who work with our children and youth are required to pass a child safety course.

Sunday Morning Schedule

8:45am Traditional Service

11am Contemporary Service During this worship time, JAMS (Jesus and Me Sunday) and a Nursery are available.

JAMS, geared toward children ages 4 to 5th grade, is a time for them to learn about Jesus through activities, games and crafts. Children are dismissed from worship after the Children’s Moment.
Nursery, for ages birth to 3 yrs, is staffed with volunteers ready to hold babies, read and play with toddlers and have fun in a peaceful spot.

Online services are available for those wishing to join us virtually.
