More about me?
I am a 1.5 Gen. Korean-American. Studied music at the University of Michigan (BM) and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (MM). Taught music for 10 years in public schools in Michigan and then went to Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena, CA) for M. Div. and was ordained through the Detroit Annual Conference. I served at North Lake UMC for 4 years, then at TroyHope Ministry at Korean UMC of Metro-Detroit for 7 years, and was just appointed to Rockford UMC as of July 1st, 2023. What a blessing and amazing grace of God! Thanks be to God!
Hobbies?
I love taking pictures of people and nature, especially sky. God paints beautifully and I love taking pictures of them. I love playing piano and sometimes making my own songs and singing to and for the Lord.
I am so amazed at how the Lord has been leading and guiding me thus far, and looking forward to worshiping and growing together in Christ with you at Rockford UMC. Praise the Lord! Come, let us worship the Lord together!
